1.Who is responsible for your information
Fly Now Travels runs this website and is responsible for the personal information you give it (the “controller”). The website and booking system are provided by TravelBrisk Limited, which processes your information only on Fly Now Travels’s instructions.
2.What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and nationality.
- Travel details: dates, destinations, the people travelling with you, and travel documents such as passport details when a booking needs them.
- Payment status. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure page and are not stored by us.
- Technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, and cookies, as described below.
3.Why we use it
- To search, book and manage the travel services you ask for, which is the contract between us.
- To meet legal obligations, for example passenger information airlines and immigration authorities require, tax and accounting records, and fraud prevention.
- To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- To keep this website secure and working.
4.Who we share it with
Only with the people who need it to deliver your trip or run the service: airlines, hotels, transfer, tour and insurance providers; booking systems that connect us to them; payment providers; TravelBrisk as our platform provider; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Some of these providers are outside Nigeria. When your information is sent abroad we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 allows, such as the transfer being necessary to deliver the booking you asked for, or contractual protections with the recipient.
5.How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for tax, accounting and travel-industry purposes, and other information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe.
6.How we protect it
Information is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited to staff who need it, and identity documents are stored privately and shared only through short-lived secure links.
7.Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, receive a copy in a portable form, and withdraw consent you have given. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
8.Cookies
Cookies that keep the website working are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time.
9.Children
Bookings are made by adults. Information about children travelling is provided by the adult making the booking and used only for that booking.
